Fachanwältin für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht (specialist lawyer certified in banking and capital markets law)
Process facilitator and coach

I support high-net-worth private individuals, entrepreneurs and their families in planning their wealth and business succession with foresight and in resolving complex economic and family situations.

Key areas of practice

Wealth and business succession
Forward-looking arrangements for entrepreneurial families and private wealth, wills, inheritance and gift agreements
Process facilitation & mediation
Bringing different interests together, clarifying complex conflicts and jointly developing viable solutions
Business law & litigation
Shaping economic interests with legal clarity and representing them consistently – in out-of-court disputes as well as in court.

Successful succession planning involves far more than drafting legally secure wills, inheritance agreements and gift agreements. Especially in entrepreneurial families, different interests, expectations and responsibilities meet. Sustainable succession planning therefore requires more than legal drafting: it needs an understanding of economic relationships, a feel for family dynamics and an eye for what is meant to last in the long term.

My many years of experience as a litigator and as a Fachanwältin für Erbrecht and Fachanwältin für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht enable me to identify risks early, to structure complex relationships and to develop forward-looking strategies.
Where different interests meet, I guide the dialogue as a trained process facilitator and coach, create space for an open exchange, bring perspectives together and support the development of solutions that are viable in the long term.

If a dispute is unavoidable, I represent my clients' interests out of court and in court with clarity and with the necessary consistency.

My aim is to develop solutions that preserve wealth, give companies a future and connect families across generations.

About me

Behind every succession there are people, families and personal stories – and often assets or a business built up over years with responsibility and commitment.

It is precisely the interplay of legal complexity, economic responsibility and human relationships that makes succession planning a special and demanding task for me, one that I accompany with great conviction and personal commitment.

I studied in Heidelberg and Lausanne and, as a Fachanwältin für Erbrecht and Fachanwältin für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht, have been working in advisory practice and litigation for many years. For almost 25 years I worked at the law firm Caemmerer Lenz in Karlsruhe.

My training over several years as a process facilitator and coach has added an essential dimension to my legal perspective: the people behind the legal questions, their relationships, interests and expectations. For me, this combination of legal precision and human understanding is the necessary foundation of good succession advice.

How I work

I see myself as a strategic and reliable partner to my clients. For me, good advice goes far beyond a purely legal perspective. It is about understanding different interests and perspectives, recognising connections and developing from them a clear course that is viable in the long term. I take the time to listen, to understand relationships and to develop solutions that are legally convincing and stand the test of time – always ultimately with the aim of preserving wealth, providing guidance and shaping the future with foresight.
